Where the hell does it all fit?
You already know you matter. You don't need one more person telling you to "prioritize yourself." The hard part is the math.
Your kids need you.
Your work needs you.
Someone needs to eat dinner.
There's practice at 6.
There's laundry in the dryer you forgot about yesterday.
And somewhere inside all of that, you still want things for yourself. A race. Getting stronger. A business. Or just enough space to feel like yourself again.
So you set the 5am alarm. You download the plan. You promise this Monday is the Monday. Then someone gets sick, there's a snow day, or it turns out today is Crazy Hat Day and nobody told you until 7:52am.
By Wednesday it's fallen apart, and you're telling yourself the same things again:
"I just need to be more disciplined."
"I need more motivation."
"I need to try harder."
Hard stop. You don't have a discipline problem.
You have a logistics problem. And that's actually good news.
I'm not a productivity guru. I'm a mom who has run a lot of miles before sunrise and burned a lot of dinners. But after coaching women for more than a decade, I've noticed something:
Most busy moms don't have a motivation problem. They have a logistics problem.
Motivation goes up and down with sleep, stress, hormones, work and whatever your kids sprang on you this morning. What works is structure: systems that make the decisions before you're standing in the middle of a chaotic Wednesday.
IDENTITY → SYSTEM → HABIT → RESULT
Most people jump straight to the habit. The Blueprint starts with the system that makes it realistic inside your actual life.

The Relentless Mom Blueprint
My 7-step system for building your goals into the life you already have
Not a planner that assumes you have a nanny and a free afternoon. A fill-in-the-blanks workbook that walks you through the exact process I use myself and with my athletes, one step at a time.
SEE YOUR TIME
Do the Time Audit I give my 1:1 athletes. Label every block as fixed, flexible, a time leak or an open pocket. Most moms find hours they didn't know they had.
DEFINE WHAT MATTERS
Sort your non-negotiables across family, work, body and personal life, then pick your top three for this season. Not the woman on Instagram. Right now.
BUILD YOUR WEEK
Layer fixed commitments, training, family needs and personal priorities into a weekly skeleton that fits around soccer practice and work calls.
REDUCE THE FRICTION
Set up defaults for training, food, house and work: three emergency dinners, a gear spot, a laundry rhythm (it only took me 15 years).
USE THE POCKETS
Stop waiting for the perfect hour. Build a pocket list for 10, 30 and 60-minute windows so you stop losing half of them deciding what to do.
PLAN THE PIVOT
Make backup plans before life happens, so you know exactly what your run, dinner and day look like when a kid gets sick.
RESET + ADJUST
Reflect on what's working and tweak your system as your season changes, so it supports you instead of trapping you.

hi, I'm
Christine
Mom of three. Certified run coach. Co-founder of Relentless Runners. Marathoner. Recovering "I don't have time" person.
I've been coaching women for more than a decade, but my biggest lessons about consistency didn't come from certifications or training plans. They came from figuring out how the hell to fit my own goals into motherhood.
I've trained for marathons before sunrise. I've built a business around nap schedules, preschool and school pickup. I've worked around practices, sick kids, snow days and nights when nobody slept.
I got faster and stronger after becoming a mom. Not because motherhood gave me more time, but because it forced me to get really intentional with the time I already had. (I also have an accounting degree, so yes, the Time Audit is me finally putting it to good use.)
My life does not run perfectly. Not even close. But I've learned to spend less time reacting to it and more time actually living it, while still chasing big goals.

Is this for you?
THIS IS FOR YOU IF…
✓You have a goal that keeps getting pushed to "someday"
✓You've tried the 5am alarm and the "this Monday" restart, and by Wednesday it's gone
✓You're juggling kids' sports, work and a house that expects dinner every night
✓You want a plan built around your real life, not an ideal one
✓You're tired of feeling like the problem is you
PROBABLY NOT FOR YOU IF…
✕You want a training plan with paces and workouts (that's what 1:1 coaching is for)
✕You want someone to tell you to do less and lower your expectations
✕You won't take the time to thoroughly go through this for yourself
Works in any season of motherhood: babies, toddlers, school-age kids or a house full of teenagers with practice schedules.
What happens when moms stop blaming themselves
mom #1
“I can feel more control over routines”
mom #2

"Yeah, but…"
"Yeah but I'm not a runner. Is this only for runners?"
Nope. I'm a running coach, so you'll see plenty of runs in here, but the system works for any goal: lifting, a business, a degree, or just time that's yours.
"Yeah but I'm not a morning person."
Neither is this system. You'll find your windows during the Time Audit. For some moms that's lunch, for others it's after bedtime.
"Yeah but I barely have time to read this."
Fair. It's built to skim, and every step ends with a short action item. You can do Step 1 in one sitting during nap time or soccer practice.
"Yeah but my schedule changes every week."
That's exactly why Steps 6 and 7 exist. You'll build backup plans for chaotic weeks and reset your system whenever your season changes.
Is this a training plan?
No. It's the system that makes any plan actually happen. If you want a plan built around your race and your calendar, that's what my 1:1 coaching is for.
What format is it?
A PDF workbook you download instantly. Print it, or fill it out on your tablet with an app like GoodNotes.
Can I use it more than once?
Yes, and you should. Redo it every new season: summer break, back to school, a new training block.
Your goals aren't competing with motherhood.
They're part of the life you're building inside it.
You can keep waiting for a quieter season, more time and a perfect Monday. Or you can build a system for the life you have right now: the practices, the sick days, the laundry and all.
