This 12 week training plan, plus 4 week base building, was created for the runner training for his/her first Half Marathon! It requires running 4x per week, and starts you off with a 4 mile long run week 1. It's recommended that you have a base of 10+ miles per week before beginning this training plan. Includes cross training and strength training days.
