Hi, I’m Lauren! I love runcations, yoga and reading anything running related I can get my hands on. I am a sports medicine physical therapist and yoga instructor. Marathons are my jam but I have also fallen in love with ultra marathons and trail running. I used to coach Crossfit but have decided to put my focus on my true passion of running but still dabble in Crossfit because I honestly can’t stay away. 

I really enjoy doing charity work so I have married the two and use running to raise money for causes that are important to me. In 2019, I ran across the US on an ultra marathon relay team with MS Run The US. My segment was 167 miles over 6 days and I truly enjoyed every step, every ice bath in a unicorn princess pool and living in an RV for the week. I’ve ran as a guide in the Boston marathon for my friend who has MS and that is when I realized I truly enjoy helping people achieve their goals through running. Your goals with running go way beyond just setting a PR and I hope I can help you formulate and achieve those goals. 

I also write the monthly strength training program for our athletes and love seeing the progress and success in those who follow it.
