Hey guys, I'm Christine! I am one of the co-founders of Relentless Runners and coaching/running the business is what I do full time and it’s the most AMAZING “job” ever.

I am a mom of 3 young kids and wife to my high school sweetheart. I live in Western NY and I also have a big German Shepherd named Maverick.

My passion for running has grown from hating every minute in high school, to running marathons, gaining friends, loving the sport and starting a business to coach others. Everything from taking runfies, crossing the finish line, laughing with run buddies, challenging myself, and learning how to live in the pain cave is why I continue to lace up. It has taught me to push through hard times in all areas of life. It has gotten me through some of the hardest points in my life and I always say if it wasn't for running I don't know where I would be. 

I love to work with pregnant and postpartum mamas who are trying to learn how to strengthen their pelvic floor to keep them strong and running. I have multiple pregnancy and postpartum programs (called Bump Runner) that I’ve created as a result of this passion, and are now available here.

As a mom, I understand the daily grind to find time for yourself and I sympathize with it while also being realistic about finding ways to give back to YOU.

Running is a part of me in so many ways - ask anyone who knows me. I am always pushing myself to be bigger, better, faster, and stronger. One of my life mottos is, "Do what you need to do today to get to where you want to be tomorrow." If you want to buy a house, start saving today. If you want to run a marathon, start training today. Set yourself up for success. It all comes down to a choice.
